Beng Melea is located about an hour's drive east of the main complex of temples, and for years it was inaccessible (both for poor roads and for the fact that the area had not been cleared of the land mines which still plague the countryside). It has not been given the restoration that many of the other temples have received, but it's still impressive in its ruined state. |
